According to well-known tech journalist Mark Gurman, it is reported that Apple's AI is expected to be used for the first time in some functionalities in mainland China in the iOS 18.6 system, with technical support provided by Alibaba and Baidu. Specifically, Baidu's Wenxin Yiyu large model will serve as the core cloud intelligent engine for the Chinese version of Apple's AI. At the same time, in order to ensure that AI content complies with domestic regulations, Apple will also introduce a review mechanism provided by Alibaba to conduct local compliance audits on AI-generated content. In February of this year, Alibaba co-founder Tsai Chongxin confirmed the cooperation between the two parties.
