Kazakhstan launches a new investor visa.

According to the news from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan has taken an important step in attracting international business investments, as the government has approved a new investor visa regulation. According to the new rules, foreign citizens who contribute capital to Kazakhstani companies or invest in the domestic securities market with an amount not less than $300,000 can apply for an investor visa through the electronic system. This mechanism, known as the "golden visa," further facilitates investors and allows applicants to subsequently obtain a Kazakhstan residence permit with a validity period of up to 10 years. It is reported that this regulation will come into effect within 10 days after its official announcement.
