Fosun International (00656) sells a portion of future units in Buildings A2 and A3 of the ENTRECAMPOS project in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reports that Fosun International (00656) has announced that on May 2, 2025 (Lisbon time), its subsidiary companies Fidelidade-Property Europe, S.A., FPE(PT)Office A, S.A., FPE(PT)4Ret, S.A., and FPE(PT)5Park, S.A. (as sellers) have entered into a commitment for the sale and purchase agreement with Banco de Portugal (as the buyer). According to this agreement, the sellers commit to sell and the buyer commits to purchase the future units of Buildings A2 and A3 in the Entrecampos project in Lisbon, Portugal, excluding unit M (including all underground parking spaces) for a base price of 192 million euros (subject to adjustments).
