The Congolese government and anti-government armed forces have initiated a new round of dialogue.

According to the media in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a new round of dialogue between the Congolese government and the anti-government armed group "M23 Movement" has begun in Doha, the capital of Qatar on the 4th of the month. Radio Okapi in the DRC reported, citing sources, that representatives from the Congolese government and the "M23 Movement" had arrived in Doha last weekend. The current dialogue is still in its preliminary stage.
