The shares released from pledge this time account for 1.1534% of the shares he holds and 0.5646% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, Xie Bingkun holds 417 million shares of the company, accounting for 48.9494% of the total share capital; the cumulative pledged shares are 146 million shares, accounting for 34.9654% of his shareholding and 17.1154% of the total share capital. As of November 3, 2026, Xie Bingkun and his persons acting in concert collectively hold shares accounting for 60.7904% of the company's total share capital, and the cumulative pledged shares account for 30.1708% of their shareholding and 18.3409% of the total share capital. This release of pledge will not affect the company's control or normal operations.
