CICC: H-share transfer registration procedures will be suspended.

CICC announced that the Company plans to convene the second extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on November 23, 2026. In order to determine the list of H Shareholders entitled to attend the meeting, the registration of transfers of H Shares will be suspended from November 18, 2026 to November 23, 2026. H Shareholders whose names appear on the Company's register of H Shareholders on November 23, 2026 are entitled to attend and vote at the extraordinary general meeting or any adjournment thereof. H Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must deliver their share certificates together with the instrument of transfer to the Company's H Share Registrar, Hong Kong Registrars Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on November 17, 2026.
