Yipuli: Plans to transfer 10,000 tons of explosive production capacity to the Nyingchi Branch and solicits opinions.

Yipuli announced that the company plans to coordinate and integrate the internal production capacity of certain affiliated enterprises, transferring a total of 10,000 tons of explosive production capacity from its own and certain affiliated enterprises to the Nyingchi Branch to specifically support key engineering projects in Tibetan areas and surrounding regions; and transferring 3,000 tons of mixed-loading production capacity from Shanshan County in the Turpan region of Xinjiang to Yipuli Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. The company is publicly soliciting opinions from all shareholders on this production capacity transfer matter, from now until 5:00 p.m. on November 4, 2026.
