PowerChina and China Coal Group establish a new energy company in Hami.

Qichacha APP shows that China Coal New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yu Jianmin as the legal representative and registered capital of RMB 50 million. Its business scope includes wind power technical services; energy storage technical services; solar power technical services; power generation business, power transmission business, power supply business, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by China Coal Group Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Coal, and PowerChina Beijing Engineering Corporation Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PowerChina.
