Moody's: Assigns "A1" rating to Bank of China (03988.HK) Hong Kong Branch's proposed RMB and HKD notes

On November 3, Moody's assigned an "A1" rating to the proposed 2-year fixed-rate senior unsecured notes denominated in offshore RMB and the 3-year fixed-rate senior unsecured notes denominated in Hong Kong dollars to be issued by the Hong Kong Branch of Bank of China Limited (referred to as "Bank of China," 03988.HK, 601988.SH). The above notes are issued under Bank of China's US$40 billion medium-term note program.
