Zhitong Finance APP News, Chalkis Health Industry (000972.SZ) issued an announcement that on November 2, 2026, the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Chalkis Red Tomato Industry Co., Ltd. ("Red Tomato") received the "Civil Ruling" served by the Sixth Division Intermediate People's Court of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps ("Sixth Division Intermediate Court"). The Sixth Division Intermediate Court ruled to accept the creditors' reorganization applications against the Company and its subsidiary Red Tomato, and designated an administrator.
