iMotion (01274.HK) proposes to appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA as the new auditor for the 2026 fiscal year.

Zhito Finance APP News, iMotion (01274.HK) announced that, as the Company and its current auditor KPMG, Certified Public Accountants, were unable to reach a consensus on the proposed audit fee for the financial year ending December 31, 2026, upon the recommendation of the audit committee of the board of directors, the Company proposes to dismiss KPMG as the Company's auditor for 2026 and to appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor for 2026 to fill the casual vacancy arising from the proposed dismissal. The proposed change of auditor is subject to the passing of the relevant resolution by the Company's shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to be convened by the Company.
