Zhitong Finance APP news, E-Town Semiconductor (688729.SH) announced that, in order to further expand the company's business layout, the company plans to invest in and construct the E-Town Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Equipment Manufacturing Base project in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area through its wholly-owned subsidiary E-Town Semiconductor Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. ("E-Town Beijing"). The total project investment is approximately RMB 1.8 billion, mainly for the large-scale production of equipment such as dry photoresist stripping, rapid thermal processing, dry etching, and plasma surface treatment.
