New Leipu Announcement: Due to business development and the construction needs of the "Shenzhen Leipu Manufacturing Base Construction Project," the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Leipu Hybrid Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. intends to purchase factory buildings in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Leipu signed a "House Purchase Intent and Customization Agreement" with Shenzhen Hydrogen Blue Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. on October 22, 2026. The agreement preliminarily estimates a total price of approximately RMB 448 million; the company's board of directors reviewed and approved the relevant proposal on the same day. The two parties have not yet signed a formal house purchase contract.
