Zhitong Finance APP news, Shandong Molong (00568.HK) issued an announcement that, in order to revitalize existing assets, improve asset utilization value, enhance asset liquidity, and expand the company's financing channels, the company plans to act as lessee, using certain production equipment it owns as lease subject matter, to respectively carry out sale-and-leaseback financing business with Weifang Guoxin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. The financing amount for both transactions shall not exceed RMB 50 million each, and the term shall not exceed 36 months each. The specific contents of the financial leasing matters, such as the relevant lease interest rate, rent, and payment methods, shall be subject to the agreements actually signed.
