HUTCHMED (00013) and GSK's ex-China Licensing Agreement for KRAS-EGFR Antibody-Drug Conjugate Therapy Has Completed the Transaction

Zhitong Finance APP News, HUTCHMED (00013) announced that, following the announcement dated September 3, 2026 and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions including antitrust review, the exclusive development and licensing agreement between the Company's subsidiary Hutchison MediPharma (Shanghai) Limited (HUTCHMED Limited) and a subsidiary of GSK plc ("GlaxoSmithKline") has completed the transaction. The agreement grants the GSK subsidiary the rights to develop and commercialize HMPL-A830 worldwide, excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
