Industrial Bank Holdings (00132.HK) subsidiary enters into finance lease with Zhenlai County Rongxiang Thermal Power

Zhitong Finance APP News, Hing Yip Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on October 20, 2026, the Company's subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a finance lease with the lessee (Zhenlai County Rongxiang Heating Co., Ltd.), pursuant to which it acquired ownership of the assets from the lessee for a consideration of RMB20 million, and such assets will be leased back to the lessee for its use and possession for a term of 73 months. The assets comprise certain designated heating equipment and facilities of the lessee located in Baicheng, Jilin Province, China.
