Qichacha APP shows that Anhui Province Hugang Jianneng New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Xu Kaihui as the legal representative and registered capital of 19.58 million yuan. Its business scope includes: solar power generation technology services; energy storage technology services; wind power generation technology services; emerging energy technology R&D; centralized fast charging stations, etc. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai Construction Group Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Construction Group, and Ganghua Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
