Fitch: Assigns 'A' Final Rating to Bank of China (03988.HK) Dubai Branch's Senior Unsecured Bonds

On October 19, Fitch assigned a final rating of "A" to the senior unsecured bonds issued by the Dubai Branch of Bank of China Limited ("Bank of China", A/Stable/bbb, 03988.HK, 601988.SH) such bonds will be issued under Bank of China's US$40 billion medium-term note (MTN) program.
