Qichacha APP shows that recently, Beijing Wuyuan Technology Co., Ltd. underwent business registration changes, with Shanghai Yunyang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ant Technology Group Co., Ltd., among others added as shareholders, while registered capital increased to 1.25 million yuan. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in July 2026, with its business scope including: artificial intelligence public data platforms; artificial intelligence public service platform technical consulting services; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots, etc.
