The 17th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity opens

On the evening of October 18 local time, the opening ceremony of the 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity was held in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The conference will officially begin on the 19th and is expected to conclude on the 30th. This meeting will review the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, also known as the "Kunming-Montreal Framework."
