Dingtai High-Tech (301377.SZ) Chairman proposes repurchasing company shares for RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Dingtai High-Tech (301377.SZ) issued an announcement that the company's board of directors received on October 18, 2026 a letter titled "Letter Regarding the Proposal to Repurchase Company Shares of Guangdong Dingtai High-Tech Technology Co., Ltd." issued by Ms. Wang Xin, one of the company's actual controllers and the chairman. Ms. Wang Xin proposed that the company repurchase part of its already issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for this repurchase shall be no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million (both inclusive).
