Zhitong Finance APP News, Hygon Information (688041.SH) announced that Mr. Li Jun, Chairman of the Company, proposed to repurchase shares through centralized bidding transactions using the Company's own funds. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 500 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 800 million (inclusive), and will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives.
