Huang Runqiu noted that the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF) has passed the halfway point, and the international community should further build consensus, strengthen cooperation, and jointly adopt systematic and transformative measures to ensure the timely achievement of the goals. It is necessary to firm up resolve and focus on action, accelerate the implementation of national strategies and action plans, and translate global goals into national policies and practical measures. It is necessary to work together for win-win cooperation, scale up support for developing countries in terms of finance, technology, and capacity-building, and promote the comprehensive, balanced, and effective implementation of the KMGBF. It is necessary to advance multi-stakeholder governance and promote transformation, and continuously enhance the resilience of sustainable development by strengthening biodiversity conservation. China is willing to work with all parties to promote the implementation of global goals through practical actions and jointly build a community of all life on Earth. The summit, focusing on topics such as "Political Imperative: Safeguarding Nature for Peace, Security and Development" and "Financing the Future: Aligning Financial Flows with Nature-Positive Development," held leaders' roundtable discussions and adopted the Yerevan Action Initiative.
