Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) enters into a finance lease agreement for pig processing-related equipment

Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhongguancun Science-Tech Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on October 16, 2026, the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement III with Lessee III Hunan Modern Resources Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The lessor will purchase Lessee III's own leased assets III at a transfer price of RMB 23 million; and the lessor will lease back Leased Assets III to Lessee III for a lease term of 24 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 24.63 million, including finance lease principal of RMB 23 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 1.63 million.
