Zhitong Finance APP has learned that on October 16, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Filing Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Hefei Youibot Robotics Co., Ltd. and the 'Full Circulation' of Domestic Unlisted Shares." Youibot plans to issue no more than 49,477,800 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 37 shareholders plan to convert a total of 243,804,260 domestic unlisted shares they hold into overseas-listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
