CALC Subsidiary Sells an Airbus A320-200 Aircraft

Zhito Finance APP News: China Aircraft Leasing (01848.HK) announced that on October 16, 2026 (after trading hours), a wholly-owned special purpose entity of the Company (the Seller) entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with an independent third party (the Buyer) for the sale of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft. The disposal is expected to be completed on or before October 31, 2026.
