(hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Company) recently received a written resignation submitted by Mr. Nie Xiaogang. Mr. Nie Xiaogang resigned from the position of Chief Risk Officer of the Company due to work arrangements. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Nie Xiaogang will still serve as an executive director and vice president of the Company.
