CMOC Group (03993.HK)'s wholly-owned subsidiary plans to contribute a total of RMB 900 million to subscribe for shares in two private equity funds.

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Molybdenum (03993.HK) announced that in order to further expand investment channels and enhance investment returns, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Shimoke plans to subscribe for fund shares as a limited partner, respectively: contributing RMB 500 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of Nanjing Yuanfeng Fund; contributing RMB 400 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of Hexie Growth Phase IV Fund.
