Nuoshang Life Science Industrialization Base begins construction with an investment of 1.8 billion yuan.

Novartis has learned that the Novartis Life Sciences Industrialization Base will officially commence construction. The base is jointly invested in by Novartis, ESR Group, and Yunsong Assets, with a total investment of approximately RMB 1.8 billion. Once completed, the base will be open to enterprises in life sciences fields such as innovative drugs and medical devices, providing tenant companies with space support from pilot-scale testing to production as well as professional operational services.
