State Administration for Market Regulation: China strengthens guidance on corporate overseas antitrust compliance

The State Administration for Market Regulation has learned that China continues to strengthen guidance on overseas antitrust compliance for enterprises. Since 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation has held 13 sessions of overseas antitrust compliance lectures, training more than 1,200 enterprises. On September 10 this year, an overseas antitrust compliance service platform was launched, gathering antitrust laws and regulations, typical cases, and enforcement developments from 135 countries and regions. At present, China has signed cooperation documents in the field of competition with 39 countries and regions worldwide, creating a fairer and more just regulatory environment for enterprises going global.
