Zhito Finance APP News: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (01398.HK) has issued an announcement that on October 8, 2026, the Bank received a "Notice on Accepting the Application for Securities Issuance by a Company Listed on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited" (Shanghai Stock Exchange Review (Refinancing) [2026] No. 322) issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (referred to as the SSE). In accordance with relevant regulations, the SSE checked the prospectus and related application documents for securities issuance by a company listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange submitted by the Bank, and considered that the application documents are complete and comply with the statutory format. It decided to accept the application and conduct review in accordance with the law.
