Beijing West Industries (02339.HK): Liu Xihe Appointed as Chairman of the Board

Zhito Finance APP News: BeijingWest Industries (02339.HK) announced that Mr. Dong Xiaojie has resigned as an executive director and chairman of the board of the company, effective from October 9, 2026; from the same date, Mr. Dong Xiaojie will accordingly cease to serve as chairman of the executive committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee of the company. Mr. Liu Xihe has been appointed as chairman of the board of directors of the company and chairman of the nomination committee, effective from October 9, 2026. Ms. Li Jing has been appointed as an executive director of the company, as well as chairman of the executive committee, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee, effective from October 9, 2026. Dr. Xi Jianpeng will succeed Mr. Dong Xiaojie as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 9, 2026.
