On September 29, reporters conducted an on-site visit to the Beijing property market. Reporters learned that during the "Golden September" period, the number of second-hand home viewings and inquiries in Beijing increased, but transactions have yet to reach the 15,000-unit "boom-or-bust line." Currently, the number of second-hand home listings in Beijing is around 141,000, overall at a relatively low level, and affected by prices, many owners of high-quality properties are "reluctant to sell." By contrast, the heat in the new home market has risen somewhat. From September 1 to 27, new home residential online signings reached 3,876 units, up 59.9% month-on-month. Industry insiders said that in the remaining period of "Golden September and Silver October," the heat in the new home market will continue, and transactions in core improvement projects and high-quality first-home projects will remain stable, but first-home projects in far suburbs still need to trade price for volume. The second-hand home market is expected to find it difficult to see an explosive rally, and will mainly be characterized by a steady bottoming-out.
