Deloitte UK partners' average pay rises to $1.5 million, driven by demand for AI services.

Deloitte UK paid its equity partners an average of about 1.13 million last year, up 7% from the previous year. The firm said demand for AI consulting services boosted profits. Deloitte's UK division reported revenue rose slightly by 2% to about 5.8 billion in the fiscal year ended May 31, according to figures released in a statement on Wednesday. Deloitte UK CEO Darren Graves said in an interview that AI has shifted from "being a tool-level issue to more of a change management issue," with clients focused on matters such as AI deployment, AI trustworthiness and cybersecurity. "We've seen continued growth in that demand, and it has driven performance."
