Apple CEO John Ternus, just weeks into the job, is moving to reorganize the iPhone maker to speed up product development, broaden its device lineup, and build a leaner, more engineering-focused company. Ternus has discussed the plans internally with colleagues, marking the first sign of how the former hardware engineering chief intends to reshape Apple after 15 years under Tim Cook.
