Claude.ai, Claude Code, and other services are experiencing outages, and Anthropic is investigating.

On September 29, Claude, the AI service under Anthropic, experienced service disruptions. According to Anthropic's official status page, Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork all showed elevated error rates, and the company is investigating the cause. Anthropic stated that affected users may encounter failed requests, failures to load or send conversations, and prompts to log in again, and that some requests may return to normal after retrying. As of now, Claude Console and the Claude API service still show normal operation; Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork are in a "partial outage" status. Anthropic has not yet announced the specific cause of the outage or an estimated recovery time.
