Saudi Arabia says the Strait of Hormuz must return to its "pre-war state"

Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Faisal said during his speech at the general debate of the 81st United Nations General Assembly on the 26th that the Strait of Hormuz must return to the state it was in before February 28, and no fees may be charged or restrictions imposed.
