Treat promotions such as "sugar-free" and "high-end customized" rationally; during holidays, livestream sales promotions may involve issues such as raising prices first and then lowering them; for holiday gatherings, confirm in advance additional charges such as private room fees, service fees, and tableware fees to avoid hidden charges and temporary price increases; for stored-value top-ups during holidays, refuse unfair standard clauses such as "the final right of interpretation belongs to the merchant"... Recently, the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the Consumer Rights Protection Committee issued consumption tips for the "Double Festival," listing six major consumption risks, including the purchase of food gifts, livestream online shopping, banquet reservations, and travel. The Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the Consumer Council remind consumers to keep valid evidence such as invoices, payment records, and contract documents during holiday consumption. If a consumption dispute occurs, consumers may first negotiate with the operator; if negotiation fails, they can call the 12315 hotline, or safeguard their rights in accordance with the law through channels such as the National 12315 Platform and the National Consumers Association Smart 315 Platform.
