According to the introduction, ChangXin Technology has reduced the active area half-pitch of the memory array to 11.95 nanometers, achieved a memory capacitor aspect ratio of 45:1, and lowered the height of the core kinetic energy region to 6,762 nanometers. At the same time, the storage density of the fifth-generation process platform has been significantly improved. Under the same conditions, the output per wafer has increased by more than 50% compared with the previous generation platform. The 24GB LPDDR5X product built on this platform has entered official mass production and is fully entering domestic mainstream flagship smartphones.
