Zhito Finance APP News: Yunfeng Financial (00376.HK) announced that on September 18, 2026, the Company (as seller) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Mega (as purchaser), YFML (the target company), and Mr. Yu Feng (as guarantor), pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell and the purchaser agreed to purchase the sale shares, which represent the entire issued share capital of YFML.
