Garmin Group Holdings (01271) intends to sell its data center development project.

Zhito Finance APP News, Grand Ming Group Holdings (01271) announced that on September 18, 2026, the sellers (being two indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company) entered into the agreements with the buyers, pursuant to which the sellers have conditionally agreed to sell, and the buyers have conditionally agreed to purchase, the properties for a minimum aggregate consideration of HK$2.179 billion, plus a potential further additional amount of up to HK$266 million, with a maximum aggregate consideration of HK$2.445 billion.
