The total number of employees proposed to participate in this employee stock ownership plan is 290, with total shares of 31.846 million yuan. A single employee must subscribe for shares in integer multiples of 100 yuan, and the minimum subscription amount is 100 yuan (i.e., 100 shares), but the number of Yuanli shares corresponding to the shares of this employee stock ownership plan held by any one holder shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, and the total number of shares corresponding to the shares of this employee stock ownership plan shall cumulatively not exceed 10% of the company's total share capital; the total number of shares held by the employee stock ownership plan does not include shares obtained by employees before the company's initial public offering and listing, or shares purchased by employees themselves through the secondary market.
