On September 17, under the guidance of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the market regulation bureaus of seven provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities)Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong, Chongqing, and Sichuantogether with the "National Individual Business Development Network," signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Promoting the Development of Individual Businesses" with eight platform enterprises: 1688, Douyin Life Services, Kuaishou, Meituan, Taobao Shangou, Taotian, Xiaohongshu, and Alipay. The agreement aims to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on "promoting the win-win development of platform enterprises, operators within platforms, and workers" and "providing targeted assistance by type and category for the development of individual businesses," deepen cooperation and coordination between market regulation departments and platform enterprises, and help individual businesses develop their online operations through practical measures. The agreement proposes that both parties establish communication, consultation, and work advancement mechanisms to form more cooperation outcomes benefiting the broad community of individual businesses in areas such as startup assistance, key cultivation, capacity improvement, digital empowerment, and innovation demonstration.
