Zhongyuan Bank (01216): Zhang Tao's qualification as president has been approved.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhongyuan Bank (01216) has announced that the bank has obtained the "Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau Approval of the Qualifications of Zhang Tao as President, Director, and Vice Chairman of Zhongyuan Bank" (Yu Jin Fu [2026] No. 201) from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. According to the approval document, Mr. Zhang Tao's qualifications as President, Executive Director, and Vice Chairman of the bank have been approved, and his term of office shall commence on September 14, 2026 (i.e., the date on which the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved his qualifications as President, Director, and Vice Chairman) and shall end upon the expiration of the term of the third session of the board of directors of the bank. Upon expiration of his term, he shall be eligible for re-election and reappointment.
