The total of 11 million subscription shares represents approximately 7.36% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares immediately upon completion. The subscription price of HK$0.48 per subscription share represents no discount to the closing price of HK$0.48 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreements.
