Xingyun Technology: Plans to increase server equipment and component procurement budget by 13 billion yuan

Xingyun Technology announced that in April 2026, the company approved a plan to use no more than RMB 7 billion of its own and self-raised funds for the procurement of server equipment and components during the year. Due to rapid business development, the company's 28th meeting of the seventh board of directors approved a proposal to increase the procurement budget, planning to add RMB 13 billion in procurement quota, bringing the cumulative annual procurement budget to no more than RMB 20 billion. The proposal still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. This procurement is required for the daily operations of the company's AI computing power, cross-border digital trade, and other businesses, and does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
