On September 15, Salesforce rolled out multiple collaborations in the field of artificial intelligence: First, it jointly launched KOA with NVIDIA, the first customer relationship management (CRM) inference model built on NVIDIA's Nemotron large language model. Second, Salesforce deepened its AI partnership with Siemens, integrating the AgentForce agent with the Teamcenter service lifecycle management system. In addition, Salesforce also integrated infrastructure and agents with Google Cloud to create a unified, connected AI technology stack.
