CITIC Securities: Approved by the CSRC to issue no more than RMB 40 billion in perpetual subordinated bonds.

CITIC Securities announced that the company has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the public issuance of perpetual subordinated bonds with a total face value of no more than RMB 40 billion to professional investors. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company may issue the bonds in tranches within the validity period of the registration. The company will carry out this bond issuance in accordance with relevant regulations and the authorization granted by the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders.
