Xinqi Micro Equipment: CO laser drilling equipment is expected to become a new growth driver for the PCB business.

On September 14, at the 2026 interim results briefing, Cheng Zhuo, Chairman of Xinqi Micro Equipment, said that the company's CO laser drilling equipment achieved small-batch deliveries in the first half of this year and is currently continuing to advance verification and order conversion with leading customers in the PCB industry, completing the company's integrated equipment matrix of LDI exposure + laser drilling. As customer verification is implemented and orders are gradually converted, the equipment is expected to become a new growth driver for the PCB business. The company also stated that, driven by demand from AI servers, high-speed optical modules, and other areas, it has sufficient orders on hand and full production scheduling for high-end PCB products. With the Phase II base's production capacity fully released in the second half of the year and Phases I and II operating in coordination, the company will continue to expand production and improve efficiency to ensure accelerated delivery of orders on hand.
