Report: Meituan's overseas business organizational structure has completed restructuring.

According to media reports, over the past few months, Meituan's overseas business has completed a series of organizational restructurings. The adjustments include: Shen Jian, the head of Keeta in Hong Kong, China, now serves as the country head for Saudi Arabia. He had taken over the Hong Kong business half a year earlier, and the region achieved profitability in October 2025. Keeta's Hong Kong business has been taken over by Wen Qin, a veteran employee from Meituan's "thousand group war" era who previously left Meituan to start his own business. After returning in 2025, Wen Qin worked at Keeta Brazil, reporting to Qiu Guangyu. Keeta Brazil remains under the direct management of Qiu Guangyu, with Zhao Dawei, former head of Meituan Select's regional operations department, currently working in that business and reporting to Qiu Guangyu. The overseas supermarket business Keemart is now headed by Shen Xuanhao, who reports to Qiu Guangyu.
